Chef Hawkins has been Winning Recipe’s (Formerly Munn’s Gourmet Foods, Inc.) consulting chef from our inception; developing our initial product from a general taste concept into a superior gourmet product. Product introductions will begin next month and will include her picture and salad recipe on our “Plano 2004” dressing. Product introductions of the “Fort Worth 2004” and “Houston 2004” will follow this summer as new products are being developed in San Antonio/Austin, and Dallas. www.winningrecipe.com. New Recipes are being developed in open competitions including a salad, dressing and additional uses for the dressing as a dip or marinade. Chef Hawkins then assists in developing each recipe for production, refining the recipe, including Texas products, and insuring maximum quality for each product.
